Description
In naval terminology, a destroyer is a fast and manoeuvrable yet long-endurance warship intended to escort larger vessels in a fleet or battle group and defend them against smaller, short-range but powerful attackers. Modern destroyers, also known as guided missile destroyers, are equivalent in tonnage but drastically superior in firepower to cruisers of the World War II era, capable of carrying nuclear missiles that are able to destroy cities.
This 1:115 scale replica of the Soviet Project 956 Sovremenny Class Destroyer Okrylenny, features a light-up radar tower, opposable gun turrets, and a Kamov Ka-27 anti-sub helicopter to complete the illusion of a real warship. Put this destroyer in the water and blow the opposition out of the water. A built in safety feature means the boat will only run when placed in water.
