As the aircraft of choice for the world famous Red Arrows Display Team, the BAE Hawk is one of the most instantly recognisable jets in the sky.
You too can now join in with the worlds favourite aerobatic team, by taking to the skies with the classically finished Top Gun Park-Flite BAE Hawk. This Ready-to-Fly electric ducted fan jet brings you all the realism and excitement of a jet without a heavy price tag.
Suitable for intermediate to advanced amateur, the speed is quick and stability outstanding regardless of high or low speed. Its very light, all up weight provides great lift, with extremely stable gliding. For the more advanced, loops, inverted flight and rolls can all be achieved easily.
The Hawks entire fuselage uses a special modular, structural design resulting in a strong and solid centre section that is simple and quick to construct.
The Red Arrows is powered by a high power 3000kva brushless motor coupled to a 70mm ducted fan giving true jet like propulsion unlike cheaper 'jets' that use an unsightly propellor. It has some nice details such as the intakes above the canopy, steerable nose wheel and quick release canopy. Down at the flying field it really draws the crowds with it's great scale looks and eye catching authentic colour scheme. In the air it is very smooth and stable with good aerobatic performance and long flight time, a real joy!
This is no small bird either, with a length of over 1 metre and a span just shy of 1 metre it has real presence both on the ground and in the air! It comes complete, Ready To Fly, with transmitter, receiver, servos, lipol flight battery, ESC, motor, charger... everything! With all the electronics pre-installed final assembly is a breeze and you will be airborne in no time at all! This is UK spec, 35mhz radio. This is a great gift idea and is sure to please kids young..... and old!
