Terms & Conditions
Terms and conditions apply to all transactions placed online, or by telephone, fax or by post with HobbyPlanet.co.uk. Please read carefully before placing any order. All references to the 'company', 'us' or 'we' refer to Barata Enterprises. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company. All references to the Web Site shall include reference to all URL's owned by Barata Enterprises.
All contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders are accepted by of the following: Online transaction (secure server), e-mail (unsecure), telephone, post, fax. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorized by the card issuer. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch and Solo. Should your card issuer refuse to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated and are not always available. Every effort is made to ensure the colours on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product. Due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.
Items ordered from within the UK will be delivered as soon as possible in accordance with the requested delivery service. All delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. Every effort is made to ensure delivery made within the estimated time scales up to a maximum of 7 days. If we are out of stock you will be contacted within 7 working days and offered your choice of either a full refund or a firm date for delivery. 48-hour delivery does not include delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Outstanding orders / items can be canceled at any time. In instances where payment has already been made, (Post Orders with a cheque), an alternative or refund in full for the item(s) concerned will be given.
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Barata Enterprises until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
Returns and Exchanges
HobbyPlanet.co.uk aim to offer you excellent quality, value and service at all times. If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please return the item(s) with a copy of your delivery note ,original packing within 14 days. We will exchange or refund the cost of the item(s) where appropriate. Items should be sent together with a copy of your original receipt. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty, please email us first with the details of the fault, please make all RC checks before flying or using the item first. If you are in any doubt, please contact us. We are here to help you. For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum.
Goods Damaged in Transit
In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you then please notify us within a reasonable time so we can rectify to the best of our ability.
Complaints
Any complaint or compliment can be sent to sales@barata-enterprises.co.uk. We will endeavor to deal with your complaint within five working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise a likely time scale to you and keep you informed of any investigation.
Distance Selling Regulations
You have a right to cancel your order within seven working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item purchased through the catalogue or web site under the distance selling regulations for refund.
To cancel any item, you can e-mail, fax or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. You must take reasonable care of the items, retain all original packaging and must not use them. Please return goods within 14 days of your notice to cancel. Items may be returned. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods. Should you require your unwanted goods to be collected, we will deduct the appointed couriers direct costs from the refund given.
Please return goods with the original packing and accessories. For your security please return items recorded delivery with insurance paid as a minimum. This does not apply to any perishable goods, unsealed software or item personalized or made to your specification.
Guarantee
We make sure you get your item in perfect working condition (All items are Professionally Packaged).
If item is defective we will gladly exchange it for the same or better product within 7 days of purchase at our discretion. Used items can not be returned.
Buyer will be responsible for all warranty shipping & handling. In the event of a warranty claim, please return the item with a copy of the original receipt to:
